How it Works

Available Sales Positions

Bancroft is actively growing its sales team across the country. Each position is for an independent sales representative for outside, professional medical sales of website programs.

Each sales representative will be given exclusive rights to a specific industry (i.e. veterinary, optometry, chiropractic, etc…). The industry will remain exclusive for the first 90 days. If the sales representative has not met their sales quota at the end of that time period, then additional representatives may be added to the industry to maximize growth. Representatives will be responsible for sharing product attributes with potential business clients via phone, in-person visits, email contacts, and social media contacts.

Bancroft is looking for professional sales representatives who have experience in medical sales and who excel at the introduction and sales process. Bancroft will handle all post sale design and account management so that you can continue to work on growing your business relationships and earning additional commissions.

Candidates must have established experience selling to the medical industry, experience managing and maintaining a contact list via an email marketing system (i.e. Constant Contact), confidence and ambition to assuredly share the virtues of Bancroft’s products and to build client relationships, competitive motivation to continue reaching out to new contacts, and the presence of mind to conduct themselves with a professional work ethic at all times.

We look at the “big picture” of a company and work with the owners to enhance the primary aspects of their company (marketing, operations, documentation, location, and more) to create the strongest and most profitable business possible.

Our current emphasis on a cost effective, all-inclusive website option for medical professionals was created for our customers. Most medical business owners are not web designers, writers or Photoshop experts… they do not have the skill, the time or the interest to create a website on their own. Nor do they have a slush fund of $10,000 to $20,000 to have a custom website built for them. Bancroft has developed a website program that provides small business owners within medical industries, across the county, with professional website creation, custom imagery and design, monthly server hosting, SSL, ongoing search engine optimization (SEO), Microsoft Exchange email, easy adds/moves/changes, and updates and maintenance for the life of the program all at a fixed monthly rate of $350 per month (you, as an independent sale representative for Bancroft, will have a dedicated promotion code that will allow your clients to SAVE big… currently the promotion reduces your client’s rate to $250 per month).

Mine prospects from your network of contacts

Cultivate new contacts from social media, networking events, phone calls and in person visits

Educate potential customers on the costs and benefits of Bancroft’s unique website programs

Develop referral business from existing customers

Give customers your unique promotion code (this code grants the customer a substantial program savings)

Direct your customers through the sign up process or hand off them off to Bancroft customer service (the customer and commission will remain tied to you even with hand off)

Business to business sales experience required

1 to 2 years of sales experience in the medical industry

Travel to various contacts for in-person visits (as applicable)

Capacity to work as a 1099 independent consultant

Ability to manage your own time

Commission Only Position
$500 with the sale of a website program

  • Expected earnings: Expect 5-7 sales per week – or – $120,000 – $180,000 per year (top earners expected to make over $250,000 per year)
  • Minimum expectations to maintain exclusivity: 20 sales per month

In the commission sales industry, sales commissions on one-time sales typically range from 5% to 20% (depending on the product cost and industry). Bancroft is offering a 200% commission rate to our sale representatives (more than ten times the industry average)… this is intentional! We are looking to hire true industry professionals to grow the brand; creative sales representatives who understand the unique aspects of sales to the medical industry, have the maturity to motive and organize their own time, and the innovation to create their own sales opportunities.
